Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Your Goal Mind website, course platform, coaching services, and all related tools and communications (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Dave Pastor (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, enrolling in our course, registering for a webinar, or providing your contact information through any of our forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Description of Services
Your Goal Mind provides:
- A 12-module online goal-setting course for business owners
- An AI-powered coaching tool (Goal Mind Coach) powered by Anthropic’s Claude
- Group webinars and live training sessions
- One-on-one coaching sessions with Dave Pastor
- Business valuation consultations
- A community platform for members
- Downloadable resources and tools
The free tier includes access to Modules 1 through 3 only. Full access to all 12 modules, the Goal Mind Coach, and premium community features requires a paid subscription.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By enrolling in a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
12-Week Workshop registrations are non-refundable once the workshop has begun. If you cancel before the first session, a full refund will be issued. If you cancel after the first session but before session three, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are available after session three.
One-on-one coaching sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full credit. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session.
Our commitment: If you complete all course modules, submit all assignments, and do not see meaningful progress in your goal-setting clarity within 90 days, contact us and we will work with you personally to make it right.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any of our forms, you consent to receive text messages from Your Goal Mind related to your enrollment, webinar invitations, course updates, and promotional offers.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of any purchase.

Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, worksheets, frameworks, tools, written materials, and the Your Goal Mind brand are the exclusive intellectual property of Dave Pastor and Your Goal Mind.
Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course content for your own personal and business development. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any course materials
- Share your login credentials with others
- Record or screenshot video lessons for redistribution
- Use our content to create competing products or services
- Claim authorship of any of our frameworks or methodologies
The A.W.A.R.E. framework, Business Freedom Wheel, and other named methodologies are proprietary to Dave Pastor and may not be used commercially without written permission.
User Conduct
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating an account or filling out forms
- Use the community platform respectfully and constructively
- Not spam, harass, or engage in abusive behavior toward other members or our team
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform
We reserve the right to remove any user from the platform, without refund, for violations of these conduct standards.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Important: The content provided through Your Goal Mind is for educational and personal development purposes only. Results will vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and other factors. Dave Pastor’s personal results from building and selling his business are his own and are not a guarantee of your results.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any specific business outcomes will result from using the course
- The AI coaching tool will always provide accurate or complete information
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable law does not permit such limitation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Goal Mind and Dave Pastor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business opportunities, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alabama, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active members by email. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
